Smart Wendeler Land API

The Smart Wendeler Land API is a Ruby on Rails application serving as the backend for two platforms of the district of St. Wendel (Saarland, Germany). The health platform manages care facilities, health services, events, and courses. The project platform enables citizen participation through projects, polls, pinboards, and community engagement. A complaint management system allows public submission and processing of complaints including an objection workflow. The API is built on the Grape framework with Trailblazer for domain logic, using PostgreSQL and Redis.
