The Smart Waste App helps residents across the KielRegion report illegal dumping or cleanliness issues in just a few steps. A responsive form guides users through uploading photos, sharing precise locations and optionally leaving contact details. Municipal staff manage incoming reports in a Symfony EasyAdmin back office, track status and waste types, respond to citizens, review statistics and display reports on charts and maps to support clean-up operations.
