OpenTalk Outlook Add-in

The OpenTalk Outlook Add-In is the professional solution for anyone who wants to schedule and manage video conferences directly from their calendar.

With its modern architecture, the add-in works across platforms on Windows, macOS, and the web. Docker-based deployment enables controlled integration into existing enterprise infrastructures and supports various deployment methods via the Exchange Admin Center, PowerShell, or the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

The add-in allows you to create, edit, and delete OpenTalk video conferences directly in your Outlook calendar. Automatically generated participation links are inserted in both the description text and the location field, allowing direct access to the video conference from the calendar overview.

As a future-proof solution, the OpenTalk Outlook Add-In is aimed at public authorities, educational institutions, and companies that value GDPR-compliant video conferencing and digital sovereignty. Currently available for OpenTalk On Premises.
