newdle

Open Source Collaborative enterprise meeting scheduling tool.

newdle is a web-based tool that streamlines the process of finding the best date and time for a meeting or event, replacing the back and forth of emails and private messages that scheduling usually involves.

Organizers propose a set of candidate slots and share a link with participants, who mark the times that work for them. newdle can fetch free-busy information directly from Exchange servers, helping both organizers and participants see availability at a glance, with support for further calendar providers planned. Once a final slot is chosen, newdle is designed to let organizers create the corresponding event directly in Indico.

newdle is developed by the same team behind Indico at CERN, as part of the MALT project, and is released under the MIT license.
